JR1200 Glass Washing Machine is for the automatic cleaning and drying of flat glass and lenses of varying thicknesses, accommodating a maximum processing width of up to 1200mm. Featuring a horizontal conveyor structure, this equipment integrates washing, dewatering, and hot-air drying functions into a single unit. The complete machine consists of an infeed section, a washing section, a drying section, and an outfeed section. Characterized by stable operation and a compact design, it is ideally suited for continuous, automated production workflows. The washing section employs a configuration of 8 sets of brush rollers to ensure highly efficient cleaning, effectively removing stains and dust from the glass surface. The dewatering section utilizes 6 to 8 sets of sponge rollers to rapidly absorb water, thereby enhancing drying efficiency. The drying system is equipped with 6 stainless steel heating tubes and a powerful hot-air circulation mechanism, enabling rapid and uniform drying results.
